SMS Program Disclosure

This page summarizes how Lazarus Global, LLC uses SMS. You can reference it in toll-free or A2P registration with your messaging provider.

Program name: Lazarus Global account & service notifications (transactional).

Use case: Messages relate to your relationship with us—for example, account alerts, task or initiative notifications, security notices, and similar service communications. We do not use this program for unrelated third-party marketing unless you have separately opted into marketing and applicable law allows it.

Opt-in method: You may opt in when creating an account or later under SMS settings (sign-in required). We store the time of consent.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message, or turn off SMS in your account settings. We record opt-out time. Reply HELP for a short help message. Inbound messages are handled by our application webhook (provider-agnostic); configure your SMS vendor to POST the sender number and message text to that endpoint and to use the same STOP/HELP behavior your carrier expects.

Sample messages (illustrative; actual text may vary):

  • “Lazarus Global: You have a new task assigned in your dashboard. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Msg&data rates may apply.”
  • “Lazarus Global: Your account security alert: password changed. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Msg&data rates may apply.”

Disclosure language on web: See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Consent is not required to purchase goods or services.
